Refund Policy

At Smart Cooling Solution, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is as follows:

Service Charges

  • Service charges once paid are non-refundable after the service is delivered.
  • If the technician is unable to complete the repair due to part unavailability or other valid reason, a partial refund may be issued upon review.

Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers must inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule the service.

All services are provided independently by Smart Cooling Solution. We are not an authorized service center for any brand.
