Service Charges
- Service charges once paid are non-refundable after the service is delivered.
- If the technician is unable to complete the repair due to part unavailability or other valid reason, a partial refund may be issued upon review.
Advance Payment
- In case of advance payment for parts or service and cancellation before service delivery, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the status of work/parts ordered.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers must inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule the service.
