Initially, the business was independently managed by Mr. Gautam Tiwari, who handled all technical repair work, while Mrs. Nagina Gautam Tiwari managed customer calls and service coordination. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, the business steadily grew through word-of-mouth and repeat clients.

To formalize and expand the business, the company was officially registered under MSME as Smart Cooling Solution on 20th May 2025. Further strengthening its credibility, the company is now a GST registered entity (GST No.: 27BFAPT9953H1ZV, registered in November 2025).
Today, Smart Cooling Solution operates with a dedicated team of 2–3 support staff and 4–5 trained technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
We currently serve customers across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, providing doorstep repair services with a focus on transparency, quality work, and customer satisfaction.
